Ambyr Childers seeks restraining order against ex-husband Randall Emmett
According to information she recently filed with the Montgomery County circuit court, the judge presiding over the case granted a restraining order against Emmett this past Wednesday, January 20th.

Below are the two paragraphs of the court order that she filed with the court as recently as December 31st. She had previously filed this document on January 1st:
This restraining order is effective until further order of this Court.
As noted before, Randall Emmett has been granted a restraining order against me.
The reason is based on the allegations of domestic violence against me in a family court case that was heard through April, 2011.
Since that time, Randall Emmett has been in an inpatient treatment facility while awaiting trial for domestic violence.
A certified copy of this Court’s Order granting a temporary restraining order is attached.
My primary motive for seeking this temporary restraining order is to protect myself and my son.
This restraining order is effective until further order of this Court.
Randall Emmett’s primary motive for seeking this restraining order is to prevent me from obtaining a restraining order against him.
He also wants me to vacate the marital home.
Emmett does not know who the police officers and attorneys are on my side.
All he knows is that I was arrested for domestic violence on the morning of December 14, 2011.
A criminal charge against him can be withdrawn and dismissed.
He was also arrested the night of Sunday, December 11, 2011.
My son received a death threat from Randall Emmett on that date.
My husband is not in the best of health at the moment.
His health problems were caused by our divorce and the stress of his legal case.
He had been under psychiatric care for a couple of years
